Find a bike
Use the Verona Bike app to locate the nearest station and check bike availability in real time.
Activate geolocation, choose the station on the app map and click on 'Unlock bike' to receive directions to the docking station where you can pick it up.
Remove the bike, adjust the saddle and off you go!
Please remember:
- You can cycle for up to two consecutive hours! If you wish to continue cycling beyond this limit, you must first return the bike to the station and then take another one.
- At the end of your journey, the bike must always be returned to a Verona Bike station.
Short stop during your journey?
Short stop: want to take a short break without ending your journey?
- Use the security cable in the basket to lock the bike to a fixed support.
- Insert the cable into the hole under the basket and remove the key: keep it safe with you!
- At the end of your break, reinsert the key and put the cable away.
Please note: the time continues to run until you return the bike to the station.
How to return the bike
Find a Verona Bike station: open the Verona Bike app and search for a bike station with free spaces near you.
Insert the bike into a free slot: insert the bike into the free slot and make sure it is securely locked in place.
Check the lock: the light on the attachment point should turn green and remain steady, and the pins should no longer be removable.
